Tracked Jaw Crusher Product Introduction

The tracked jaw crusher (also called crawler jaw crusher , tracked jaw crusher or pedrail jaw crusher) is designed for high performance in todays demanding crushing environments. During the crushing operation this unit generates enough power to drive additional components such as screen plants or conveyors leading to a complete self contained crushing and screening operation without the need for external generators. This machine is electrically driven for maximum efficiently in large quarry applications.

The tracked jaw crusher is mounted directly onto chassis on 4 pins,which is fully driven by hydraulic force and moves by chassis track. This has the added benefit of eliminating stress on the chassis. The crusher is welded in low stress areas, thus giving longer life.
